I listen to your foot steps coming down the hall Your voice is muffled I can barely hear it at all.
I look around wishing that you would stop crying wondering what I did and why you think I'm lying
I wish that I could reach out and take your hand in mine. I wonder if your intuition really is just fine.
You slowly walk down the hall in your bare feet. Crouch to the floor and begin to weep.
I walk over to put my hand apon your shoulder and give you a comforting hug. You put your hand in mine and embrace it with a tug.
I listen to your words, its not the first time. "No I don't think you are crazy, just crazy at times."
